We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over €120 and for orders under €120 Standard Shipping is €15.
We dispatch via Australia Post, please note your countries local postal service will handle clearance and delivery on arrival.
Please allow 7-12 business days for delivery and 12-18 for rural areas.
Express Shipping is a flat fee of €20 for all orders and sent Australia Post Express or FEDEX.
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery and 7-9 for rural areas.

All Shipping rates will be calculated by weight at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for metro areas and 7-9 days for rural areas.
All orders are currently dispatched from our warehouse in Australia.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Delivery days are approximates and exclude any import customs or delays due to reasons outside of our carriers control.
Please note any import duty/VAT incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs office for the applicable charges. Customs duties and taxes are not payable by ISLA.
Any unclaimed/refused items will be returned to sender or destroyed. All shipping costs/merchant fees will be withheld from any potential refund.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be notified by our carrier with tracking information and kept up to date with the progress of your delivery. Your local countries postal service will handle clearance and delivery you, can use the tracking number on their website for accurate updates on clearance/arrival into EU/UK.
