Thank you for your review Helen! It is the tight weave of the yarn that makes the rug feel slightly stiffer when you first get it, but because it's made from 100% cotton, it softens with use like any other blanket or throw
Color , material , size are amazing. You should also make picnic chairs.

I’ve only had this picnic rug for 2 weeks and have already used it more times than I can count, with compliments every time I’ve used it. It’s big enough for my family of 4 and we have even used it not long after rain and we stayed both dry and comfortable the entire time!

Beautiful, great quality rug, we get so many compliments on this rug and always have it in the car for beach and picnics. I love the weight of the blanket too but also so easy to pop in the washing machine and doesn't take forever to dry.
